Guarantee
Ordering astrological products on the Internet may be a new experience for many of you, so it is natural that you might be afraid of somehow ordering something that you didn't want. Please be assured that we will never charge you for something you ordered by mistake.

Here is our guarantee: The reports and calculations offered by Astro Numeric Service are based on accurate, scientific computation of planetary and celestial positions and follow well-documented astrological and numerological tradition as understood by the authors of the reports. The suggestions and descriptions contained in the reports address the subjective aspect of life experiences and, as such, are not intended to replace or contradict competent medical, legal, or financial advisors. Any purchaser of a report or computation from Astro Numeric Service is entitled to a full refund of the purchase cost of the product if it is returned within 90 days of purchase.


Building and Submitting Your Order
ANS uses a standard web shopping cart system for ordering. We call the contents of your shopping cart your "order." When you select an item to order by clicking the "order now" link, you are offered a form to fill out the birth information and any other specifications needed for the report. Then by clicking the "add to order" button, your report selection and all the birth data is transferred to your shopping cart.

You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the "view order" button near the upper left corner of each page. In addition to viewing your order, you can also remove items, either so you don't order them or so you can change the data. To submit your order to ANS, you must view your order and then select a payment option. This will take you through a series of forms to collect your payment and shipping information. Although this does take some time, the next time you order we will already have most of this information!

When your order has been submitted and transferred to us, you will receive two forms of immediate confirmation. The first is a thank you notice on your browser, listing a summary of your order. The second is an email which is sent within seconds of your order being received. If you do not receive either of these confirmations, you can safely assume that the order was not completed and you must try again. This sometimes happens due to heavy Internet traffic.


Payment Options
Secure Online Credit Card Payment: ANS accepts Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.  Your credit card is entered through a secure connection which transmits it to ANS. Although a cursory check of the account number and expiration date is made at the time of ordering, your credit card is actually charged only when the order is processed.

How We Process Your Order
Internet orders are processed in the same way as orders by phone or mail. Your order is carefully reviewed to be sure that we provide the specific items you want. If we have any questions regarding your order we will either phone you or send you an e-mail. The order is placed in large batches of orders from other customers and reports are produced by various computers and printers. The reports are then sent out by email, or printed, bound, assembled and shipped.

We use the US postal service for their worldwide service at modest prices.. Although we realize that other shippers may better serve your location, we are unable to utilize them at our end. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note, however, that some items take longer to make than others. If you have selected an URGENT shipping option and we encounter an unusual delay, we will contact you.


Privacy and Security
ANS uses a secure connection to transmit your credit card information from your computer to us. Once we receive this information we keep it physically separate from the Internet so there is little risk of it being stolen. Other kinds of ordering information, however, is not sent using a secure connection in order to improve the performance (speed) of the web site. This information, such as product codes, birth data, etc. is also removed from any contact with the Internet as soon as we receive it. We do not feel this is a significant security risk, but if you feel uncomfortable about it, please let us know.

Although we do maintain a customer database with information about you such as your address, phone number, and e-mail address, we do not sell, lend, lease, or share this information with any other company. We do use this information to notify you of new services and products. If you do not wish to be contacted for this purpose, you may indicate this in special instructions on your order or you mail e-mail us at any time.


Shipping and Handling
URGENT orders are given higher priority in our office. If your URGENT order is received before 11am Pacific Time (Monday through Friday), we will process it and mail it the same day. Orders received after that time will be mailed the next business day.

REGULAR orders are processed and mailed within two business days of receiving them, although most are sent much sooner. First Class orders weighing more than 14 ounces (the maximum for First Class) are sent Media Mail. Please note that media mail is much slower than First Class, so please consider using Priority Mail for larger orders that you need quickly.

Priority Mail is free for orders over $50.

Orders consisting of PDF files only can be delivered via email for no additional Shipping and Handling charge. PDF files which are part of a larger order will be delivered via email at no additional charge.

The Shipping and Handling fees below apply on to orders made through this web site shopping cart.  The fee for orders placed by phone, fax, email, or regular mail are $5 higher for all categories of shipping.

Returns
All of our products are custom made, so if you return something, we can't sell it to someone else. However, we have a very generous return policy so you can be satisfied even when mistakes are made

If we make a mistake in producing your report, we will gladly redo it at no cost to you. We cannot, however, be responsible for the inconvenience or costs that the delay for remaking the report causes you. If you make a mistake in ordering a report so that it has to be redone, we charge you one half of the price of the report to redo it. Sometimes this is less than our cost to redo the report, but we feel this is fair.

If you decide that you don't want to keep a report, for any reason, within 90 days of purchasing it, you may send it back for a full refund. We are very confident in the quality of our products and we want you to feel very free to try new kinds of reports and new authors. We do reserve the right to refuse orders from customers who reorder products they have returned in the past.

Orders by phone, fax, mail, or email
The shipping prices shown above apply only to orders placed through the shopping cart on this site. Shipping and handling for orders placed any other way is uniformly $5 higher per order.  For example, regular 1st Class/Media Mail shipping is $5, Priority Mail is $10, and so on.
