Relationship Chart

The relationship chart, like the composite chart, is used to analyze a relationship.  But while the composite chart is synthesized from the two natal charts, the relationship chart is based on an actual time and place: the midpoint of the geographic birth places of the two people, and the midpoint of the birth times of the two people.

As a result, the relationship chart, unlike the composite chart, can be subject to any number of common astrological techniques, such as progressions, transits, Astro*Carto*Graphy maps, etc.  Although the composite and relationship charts can be similar, they are sometimes quite different.

After computing the appropriate time and place, the relationship chart is computed exactly as a natal chart and the report presentation is the same.
